These terms govern your use of Zoptin. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Zoptin is a service for managing Google Business Profiles, used by businesses and by agencies acting for their clients. Features may change as the product develops.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for the people you invite, and for keeping credentials secure. You must have the right to manage every business and location you connect.
Acceptable use
- Do not post unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
- Follow Google’s Business Profile policies; you are responsible for content you publish.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Third-party services
Zoptin works with Google Business Profile. Google may change or limit its APIs, and we are not responsible for changes outside our control. Zoptin is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described in our Payment & Billing Terms. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your data
You keep ownership of your data. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Zoptin at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
