Payment & Billing Terms

These terms apply to paid Zoptin plans. They form part of our Terms of Service.
Plans and prices
The plan, price, billing period and what is included are shown to you before you pay, in your order or at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency stated there and may exclude applicable taxes.
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Zoptin does not see or store your full card number. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually, until you cancel. We charge the payment method on file at the start of each period.
Taxes
Taxes such as GST or VAT are added where they apply, and are shown on your invoice.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we will let you know and may retry. If it remains unpaid, we may pause or end the plan after giving you notice.
Changes to prices
We will give you advance notice before changing the price of a plan you are on. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.
Invoices
Invoices are available from your account or on request.
