2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide clear instructions, references, and expectations
- Submit usable raw footage and assets
- Respond to revision requests or queries in a reasonable timeframe
- Confirm approvals promptly once edits are delivered
Delays caused by missing inputs or unclear instructions may affect turnaround times.
3. Revisions
- Unlimited revisions are offered as per the agreed service plan
- Revisions apply only to the original scope of work
- Major changes that alter the original brief may be treated as a new request
Revisions are intended to refine the edit, not to redefine the project entirely.
4. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimated and typically range between 24–72 hours, depending on:
- Video length and complexity
- Number of revisions
- Volume of active requests
While we aim to meet all timelines, delivery times are not guaranteed in cases of unforeseen delays.
5. Payments & Billing
- All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Subscription or monthly plans renew as per the selected billing cycle
- Late or failed payments may result in service suspension
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services:
- No refunds are provided once editing work has started
- Unused services within a billing cycle do not roll over unless specified

7. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Clients retain full ownership of their video content
- Zoptin does not claim ownership over client footage or final edits
- We may request permission to showcase completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes
Client content is never shared publicly without explicit approval.
8. Content Responsibility
Clients confirm that:
- They own or have permission to use all submitted content
- Submitted materials do not violate copyright, trademark, or legal rights
- Zoptin is not responsible for content legality or platform compliance
Any legal issues arising from submitted content remain the client’s responsibility.
9. Confidentiality
Zoptin treats all client data and content as confidential:
- Files are accessed only by authorized team members
- Content is handled securely and privately
- NDAs are available upon request
We take content security seriously.
10. Limitation of Liability
Zoptin shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of revenue, engagement, or platform performance
- Delays caused by third-party platforms or tools
- Misuse of edited content by the client
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- These terms are violated
- Payment obligations are not met
- Content is unlawful, abusive, or unethical
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice, subject to billing terms.
12. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Zoptin may use third-party tools for:
- File transfer and storage
- Communication
- Analytics and performance tracking
We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services.
